Maritime Classroom and Laboratory Building"
An architectural award winner, this project is a two story 15,500 square foot Classroom & Laboratory Building. Work includes excavation into a steep hill, 10,000 sf soil nail wall, drilled piers, cast in place concrete including first and second floor (shored), as well as two-thirds of all exterior walls. Structural steel finishes out the 2nd floor framing and roof. The exterior is finished with stainless steel siding.
