"San Ramon Station 30"
A fast track job to be completed in eight months, the primary structure is a 10,500 square foot, one story, wood framed building.
Finishes include Windemere cobblestone and plaster siding and a distinctive cement roof.
All associated utilities, site work, equipment drives, emergency generator, hardscape and landscape were also part of this contract.
