Within our organization safety is our first concern. We believe that through job safety planning and employee training we can protect our workers and improve our productivity. We maintain and enforce a substance abuse policy in hiring and monitoring our employees to ensure a safe work environment. We monitor our incidences in order to avoid accidents and to minimize their effect on our employees and our company.
