Albay Construction Co is a very competitive General and Mechanical contractor.

Over the past 45 years the majority of our construction projects have been for industrial, educational, electronic, entertainment and food & wine related facilities, primarily in Northern California.
Our general construction experience includes all types of concrete construction, building structures, seismic and revamp work.
Our mechanical work experience includes installation of all types of equipment, conveyors, process piping and instrumentation.
In addition, for private industry and public work agencies, we have constructed tilt-up warehouses, office buildings, school structures and remodels, wood frame structures, several fire stations, a very large number of pump stations and reservoirs, sewage and water works facilities, as well as a covered 3000 seat concrete amphitheater.
In the past several years we have built several complicated and unique structures, including "Dolphin Harbor", "Tiger Island", the "Shark Experience", the Walrus Exhibit, and a beautiful new interactive theater for
Six Flags/Marine World in Vallejo, California.
We have the capability of, and are interested in constructing any general and/or mechanical projects up to $10 million.
The State of California, Department of Transportation, Department of Resources and the Department of Architecture and Construction have all pre-qualified Albay to construct any of their projects up to $8 million. We are very adept at performing work through either competitive bid, Time and Materials, Fixed fee or negotiated contracts.

Our insurance and bonding is provided through Woodruff-Sawyer in San Francisco, California. Our bonding capacity is approximately $15 million.
We bank with Diablo Valley Bank in Danville, California.
